At Muck Boots Official UK, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if your boots aren't the perfect fit, you can return them in their original condition within 30 days for a full refund. Please ensure all items are unworn and returned in their original packaging to qualify for a processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Boots

  Place the unworn boots back into their original shoebox and secure them inside a mailing bag or outer box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest designated drop-off point and keep your receipt as proof of postage until your refund is processed.
